I paused all the thermostats for the summer and today wanted to turn them off and... I got infinite "Almost done ..." message in the app and nothing else works. I even deleted all the data, re-connected to the controller and still have "Almost done ...". Ridiculus how bad the software from Bosch is. Every time I have problems either after MANDATORY updates, or even just after summer pause.

Almost unusable. Utterly confusing, very hard to work out how scenarios actually work with and without timers. You basically have no idea when the app will choose by itself to abandon the setting you most recently applied, and go back to timer, or just leave your heating on full even if you are away for weeks. Positively wastes huge amounts of energy and your money. No help pages anywhere. Most random and uncontrollable app I ever used. Needs to be totally redone. Only 1 time program possible

Do not buy these devices. When they introduce a new lineup, they force you to buy everything again due to incompatibility. For instance, you cannot get a room thermostat from the last year for a reasonable price anymore and the new ones are incompatible with the valves. Absolutely apauling treatment of customers. The app itself is very unintuitive.

What’s new

With this update, we are correcting a bug that occurred in the previous release. Previously, it could happen that the commissioning of your Smart Home Controller could not be completed if the app was closed during an initial system update. Your Smart Home can now be put into operation smoothly again as usual.
