The Persistent glitch of not being able to randomly click on buildings and get info or place buildings, makes it barely playable. It's a shame because I bought this game and the Egypt pass since I love it. You need to fix this glitch it's unacceptable.

the chapter 7 task exchange goods with yunus does not work preventing any further advancement. I've sent two emails to tech support and have received no response. I'm about ready to uninstall

I bought the 2 dlcs on a visitor and I used my Google account to sign in but I didn't get the dlc unlocked. can't figure out how to refund it. I played on the visitor account and I want multiple cities so I used my Google account to sign in but the dlcs aren't unlocked, I don't know how to bind an account. it doesn't tell me. I used a second Google account and the dlcs aren't unlocked. I bought two more dlcs and they're not there. I just want a refund.
