Latest update (June 2024) broke the app. Seems to be a habit, they broke the app again. When you pick a charging station a ghost screen appears that would normally allow you to pick the charger, now all you get is a spinning circle in the filter box and no charger display. The app is then frozen and you have to force close by swiping it off. Have tried a reinstall, just the same result. Come on EWE stop breaking the app.

Well, guys, it's not gonna work like that. To start charging I had to register with an address in Germany that I don't have, to charge as a guest you offer to lock 80eur on my card that I just don't want. In the Netherlands I can just read a QR code and pay with a card straight away, without locking anything on my card. So I left ewe-go without charging my car. Just check how does Tesla Supercharger work.

Took 20 minutes to set everything up for a 10 minute charging session. Totally redicculas, will never charge at this brand again.

Hello, Currently, it takes between 2-5 minutes to authorize a charging process as a new customer, which is quite good in comparison.
