There is something seriously wrong with the app or devices. Both devices we own randomly say they aren't connected to the internet and ignore schedules. However if you start then manually the app can see them. Resetting and reconnecting them to the internet does nothing, the same message appears again. it didn't used to be this way, so something screwed up somewhere.

Hello. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. Based on your description, the robot vacuum is likely in sleep mode when not on the charging dock. Please keep it on the charging dock after cleaning, and it will not go offline. If the above does not resolve your issue, please send an email to t_support@lefant.com.

I love these little vacuums and would have given them five stars, but I can't get the app to work because it only recognizes a 2.4 G signal. It doesn't work off of the 5G signal, so I have to go and change some settings on my ISP side of things in order to get the Lefant app to work with the vacuums. Apparently, iot devices don't recognize that two signals are being broadcast. I would love to see an update on the app, because the vacuums are only working manually right now.

Does the job, but with limitations on my m3. Can't set a no mop zone, only a no go zone. I want it to vacuum my rug in vacuum mode, but I don't want it to mop it in mop mode. Mapping seems limited to 15m from the base station, not sure why its so small, missed some of my house. Can't set how wet I want mopping to be, ideally in each room. Always starts mopping a bit too dry. But overall decent app, needs some work.
