It's fine when it works, but I keep having a problem where all I get trying to open it is a black screen. Force stop + clear cache doesn't resolve the problem. Nor does un/reinstall. Very frustrating. Also when it is working I never get push notifications via the app even though I have the settings and permissions enabled. I just get emails.

App is very bad at handling gift voucher credit, in fact, it doesn't. You should be able to apply the credit from your voucher to your account, but with Momence you have to go back to your email, find your voucher code and enter it for every booking. You also have to try and track yourself how much credit is on the code still.

Wording very misleading on this app. The app allows bookings but does not indicate whether payment is due, same with the associated reminder emails, they indicate you are booked into a class but don't inform you that have paid or need to pay. I was permitted to undertake classes unbeknown to me i haven't paid for. Very poor system that allows booking of sessions without having existing credits before taking bookings. Very frustrating and has put me in an awkward position with the Studio owner.
