This is the worst app of an airline I have ever used. It doesn't display any flight information or any other usefull information like gate or so. Also my flight was delayed, which caused my tickets to disappear, so I hat to go back through security to get my tickets printed. If there is a gate change it won't inform you and the boarding passes won't be updated but disappear instead. Also it always needs to load the booking information again instead of saving it for offline use.

Slow slow slow. Try to register and it provides no rules for passwords, limited to 8 characters it appears bit it does not accept any password entered to complete the registration. Pretty much a useless app. 9/12/2025 update - try to book a flight and app just hangs and crashes with web page not available errors. update 11/15/2025 display boarding pass only successful when checking in and staying the app. exit the app and no date, no qr code

Hello, Michael. For Mabuhay Miles enrollment, passwords must:
• Be 5 to 8 characters long
• Include at least 1 number
• Have at least 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter
• Include 1 special character

I tried several times to book flights with errors so frustrating. A great airline it is the app that needs MAJOR improvements. It makes me want to just book another airline. You put all your information in correctly then I get a message repeatedly. " ONE ERROR CHECK YOUR IMPUT " What input ??? doesn't explain or the fact you cannot do currency conversion at the end for payment.
