Garbage app. If I'm connected to the PC and my phone via Bluetooth I am not able to play music or podcasts at the same time. I have to disconnect from the PC which makes no sense since the PC is not using a Bluetooth connection.

I bought a HyperX Quadcast S mic. This is the app that's needed to adjust the mic. But it doesn't open on MacBook. You must use Windows. I've been told there's ways to work around this. But I don't know how to do all that. I tried to download it on my phone. But it only gives an option to pair to earbuds. Very disappointing wish I knew this before I purchased this microphone. I'm really thinking about returning it.

I want to give this a 5 star cause I really like the buds. Use them for my phone with Bluetooth and my steam deck with 2.4ghz. The only issue I have is even if my buds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth the app will just not go past the splash screen and connect to the buds. I uninstalled tried again cleared cache and data and it just won't connect. Is there anything I can do to fix this ?
