The app is quite poor: updates on figures (consumption, pv production, grid, bsttery) are extremely slow and never in real time. The battery frequently loses its internet connection (at least thats the error message). When it is online, the visible charge/discharge data can serve as a workaround. The clearest evidence of the engineers’ shortcomings is that the system pauses PV production lasting 2–3 minutes whenever the battery switches modes (modes that users can configure).

Cant even get into it. Bought a house with a SolarEdge system. Paid the fee to transfer it into my name. System is working but no monitoring tools work. On my Pixel 7 Pro, As soon as I log into the app, it just closes with no error or warning. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. The app just does not work. I assume my system is communication via LTE to Solar Edge b/c the inverters comms light does flash.

Doesn't do much other than show instant production and historical data. Dollar figures in the app are meaningless because there is no way for me to enter my utility's rate schedule. For some reason, the app will not display net metering, only production, yet if I log into my utility, I see net metering data from last 24h. SolarEdge customer support was of no help, and consisted of words to the effect of, "hey if you want to switch to another app that works better for you, knock yourself out."
