Absoltely awful app. No option to cancel a subscription, just legal terms saying 3 months notice is required to cancel subscription with no information on how to give notice. Reached out to support they told me to contact studio owner, there are no studio owner contact details. Subscription is set to autorenew with no way to change this and without consent.

The app simply doesn't work. To have such a horrible interface and functionality in times of advanced technical development is, honestly, humiliating. The app bugs, jumps between pages, opens stuff you never clicked on, and then closes. Of course, I uninstalled it immediately. Don't waste your time, don't download it in the first place.

When buying a pass, the credit card number fields are covered by the keyboard on my Samsung phone. I have to keep shrinking the keyboard to see what I've entered. Also, the validation step, where I have to confirm the transaction with my bank, hides half of the validation information. I had to guess that I needed to drag the frame upward to find the button that made things continue. Poor usability. Many people won't know what to do I suspect and will fail to buy passes.
