Good app. I find it can be glitchy at times where flights available on Google searches are available within the app, but they sometimes disappear. Apparently, this is a connection issue, and you just need to try need to wait some time and try again. This can be very frustrating. I also have issue when booking train tickets where there are tube stops included. I find I am only able to book the train into Paddington, but can't add in the additional tube stops like I can in the trainline app.

Bad user interface, the app has issues when booking/deleting reservations. Also, you cant modify your tickets yourself. I had a semi-flexible train ticket, but you can't modify it without going through customer service even at a fee. And guess what, if customer service is on a break, you're going to miss your train/flight. It can be very useful, but if you're expecting a flexible and efficient booking app, this is not it. I'll give 2 stars because customer service apologised a lot.

does offer some convenience but in the grand scheme of things, it falls short on its role as a middle person/agent. for example, #1 missing flights and higher cost (airline website has more flight options and at cheaper prices) #2 does not reconcile with hotel partners on loyalty points. I made a booking which is eligible for hotel loyalty as stated in travelperk but wasn't able to get the points after my stay at the hotel. worst, travelperk is unable to resolve the issue at all.
