You really have to try hard to find customer support this bad. I tried to sign up and found out that I can't validate my identity because of bureaucracy. I have three pages of my visa, but it isn't valid for the Trade Republic app. Without identity verification, I can't use the in-app support. After some time, I found out that I forgot my PIN. I used the contact form, which, in theory, should have sent me an email, but it didn't.

Die App an sich ist gut, solange man kein Support braucht. Mit den Support über chat komme ich leider nicht weiter. Aber die App an sich ist gut

After receiving a letter saying I needed to provide additional documents, I went into the app. But I couldn't use my fingerprint, and then I found that I forgot my own PIN.
