This is just another "IF YOU WANT TO HAVE FUN, GIVE US YOUR MONEY" type of games. Yes, you'll have fun in the first hours of your gameplay, because it is actually fun. But after several day, you'll get frustrated because you cant kill anything and you cant run from enemies. The balancing is so cringe, or maybe they just want you to spend money lol

Its very fun and allows for some amount of skill expression, but character stats still play a good role in being able to beat stages. Some aliens feel weaker than they should be compared to others tho. Alpha is actually OP and suggested by many to max out asap. Could do better on that. getting characters, dupes, and gear isnt limited to the gatchas which is a huge plus. Leaderboard matching is very scuffed tho and seems to be made to lure you into whaling hard.

it's pretty cash grabby in the sense that there's a lot of very expensive things you can buy, but you don't have to buy them to play the game, getting new aliens takes a month and the challenges are difficult at times, such as some of them requiring specific aliens, even if you don't have them, meaning some challenges just won't be done for the next few months, also, the new guild system is weird and takes way too many points to level up. overall it's okay and there's a lot of content... 7/10
