App just crashes when I try to do my face scan, I was happy with my one from last year but low and behold it wasn't found so now I gotta do a new one but guess what? I can't cuz the app just keep crashing when I try to do it. So until it actually works 1 star is the lowest I can go sadly.

The only reason why people use this app is so they can do the face scan for their 2k that season, I'm on a Google pixel 9 pro. one of the best phones out. I run 60 fps on all my other games. I go to do my face scan. it drops to eight and lower, you can't run a face scan when you can't even see what you're doing and then no matter what the quality check was going to fail. so please update it and fix your mobile app cuz this is ridiculous The face scans have been a thing for over a decade, come on

Terrible, I sat there for around 20 minutes just for it not to work, Then the app crashes when im on the last check, And then when i did complete it, It said there was no face scan found, I tried to use this app in the past and it never worked, I thought id try it again to see if they fixed it, But to my surprise its just a waste of time once again, Absolutely terrible. (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ABSOLUTELY, BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY CANT MAKE A GOOD APP.)
