Hate the fact that there's no other store here in Australia other than Melbourne. I bought off the app and the online store when the app didn't work. We contacted hollister on whatsapp(?) for a refund, got the refund, and tried again. And yet again, there were no products shipped because something went wrong. please fix your app and site for Australian users or just open more stores around Australia because this is really upsetting as someone who really likes hollisters clothing.

Garbage, ordered some stuff for my daughter was charged and nothing turned up and no record in my account or email with confirmation. Tried sort it on the app, chat kept crashing, all the other links to anything customer service related say bad gateway. Complete Pony, like it's been developed by 4 year olds

Twice in less than a month, my order through the app has submitted with a confirmation message, and money held by the bank but no email received, no order in history and I'm out of pocket for 30 days.
