Delhaize Luxembourg

This app is engineered to make it as difficult as possible to redeem your points in the supermarket. Either it asks you to login (nearly each time I use it, it asks for username and password) when you're at the cashier or you redeem a voucher and it just evaporates in thin air because the cashier claims he doesn't see it and it's of course gone from the app. It's a scam.

It's useless in Luxembourg because there is no network coverage in the shops. Even more, in some shops the staff need to enter the card number manually due to the lack of bar code readers. I need to log on again and again which is very annoying with the combination of network connectivity. I ordered a physical card when the app was promoted but have not received it yet.

Dysfunctional and poor application. I cannot login anymore though I'm using the correct email address and password. I have mentioned this problem over and over to Delhaize's customer service yet nothing has changed. The IT department in Brussels seemingly doesn't care about their Luxemburgish customers. The issues are not taken into consideration. They have not developed the same application for Luxembourg as it was done for Belgium and they don't intend to spend more time on it as I was told .
