I’ve never had any issues with this app before since every order went smoothly. But lately, whenever I place an order, it says “Order confirmed”, and I even receive a text and email confirming it. However, after waiting for over an hour, nothing changes. I even went to the store to check if my order was received, and to my disappointment, they couldn’t find it in their system. This has happened twice now. At first, I thought it was the store’s fault, but it turns out the issue is with the app.

I don't recommend ordering mcdo via their app. Every time I encounter issue such as incomplete order and a refund, it IS NOT ALWAYS RESOLVED. First I got my order incomplete and tried to reach out even on their email, still unresolved. Now, I have a problem with my refund as the app labeled my order completed but I requested to cancel it before hand tru their app agent, and I didn't receive anything despite being labeled completed. Better to make order with Foodpanda or Grad than this app!

Frustrating. The chatbox doesn't work. No one response. And most of the time, no tracking or right tracking update. I received and order received update yet my order hasn't arrived. We weren't able to be contacted bec. a different number was reflected on their system which made us wait for 2hours for our order. And now, the usual 30-45min EST is no longer applicable.
